As your gardening needs evolve, you may find it necessary to deactivate your SmartGardener account. This guide will outline the steps involved in efficiently concluding your SmartGardener experience, ensuring a smooth transition. Whether you've achieved your gardening goals or are exploring alternative solutions, we understand the importance of managing your subscriptions effectively. 


To deactivate your SmartGardener account, simply click the profile icon in the top-right corner, select "Account" from the dropdown menu, then choose "Account" again from the left-hand side menu.  Finally, click the blue "Deactivate My Account" link to finalize the process. 



Note: If you have an active Smart Gardener subscription, we will retain your order details and billing information for a few years. This is a standard practice to comply with auditing and potential purchase verification requirements.
